The only time you would need to be present is if there are minor children in the home, otherwise, you can choose to be present but it's not required.

Full size washer and dryer are in all apartment homes. Some apartments do have side by side units, however most are full size stackable tucked away neatly behind closet doors.

Enter our Floor Plans Page - where you will find pricing and the date the apartment home is available to lease. When you see the floor plan you are looking for, simply click apply! At the end of the application, you will be asked to pay $50 for the application fee and $500 as a deposit to secure occupancy. The deposit pulls the unit off the market so you do not need to worry about someone else getting your future home!  NOTE: If you are denied, the deposit to secure occupancy in the amount of $500, will be refunded and sent to the address you indicate on the application, however, this deposit is not refundable if you change your mind.
 

If you have lived in the state for the last 10 years, the screening is usually complete same day! If you have lived outside the state within the last 10 years, it can take up to a few days.
 

You can log into your resident account online and click make a payment. Keep in mind that the card issuer does charge a conveneince fee. 
 

Yes, glad you asked! Simply select Make payment>click 'Payment Accounts' > click 'Add Bank Account' and enter your ACH info (checking account and routing number). Once this information is entered, the system sends a nominal deposit amount into your checking account.  (This can take up to 3 days). Once you see the amount deposited into your checking account, you can then return to the resident portal where you will again select payments, but this time, click the word 'Verify' to enter the monetary value deposited. Once your account has been verified you can pay your rent using ACH with no fee.  Payments>Select payment account> then proceed to complete your payment. 
 

Yes. $100,000 Liabilty and we must be listed as additional interest. Please make sure your unit numer is shown on the declaration. ALL adult occupants must have their own insurance if not married. 

Deposits can be anywhere from $500 to an amount equal to one months rent which is determined by the screening process. 
 

The total household income must be 2x's rent.
 

Lake Jonathan Flats typically does not have much availability due to its location, scenic views, access to trails and pricing. We do try to stagger our leases so there is something available for you to choose from. We like to have apartment homes ready for a look and lease scenario where you can move in same day.
